“Great CRM for my brokerage

Pros

My team and I have been using AscendixRE CRM for more than a year. The outcomes we get are worth every penny. We track commissions with ease, the reporting became simplier than it was, and now we are able to track the data we need to match clients' preferences with relevant Properties.

Cons

No cons from our side. All issues we had were addressed quickly by Ascendix support team.

“AscendixRE team is great

Pros

AscendixRE is excellent for real estate teams aiming to organize their data more efficiently. Besides being an outstanding CRM, their team is exceptional. I have interacted with several individuals in their company and all of them have been exceptionally helpful and informative. They can guide you towards the tools that complement their platform. I highly recommend it.

Cons

It might feel a bit cumbersome for individuals who are not familiarized to the platform when they initially start using it.

“I used this database system to house contacts and lease comps

Pros

Searching and exporting lease comps was quite simple. Additionally, it served as a suitable location for us to store our market deals.

Cons

Well the platform lacked user friendliness. It is overly complex for individuals without prior platform knowledge to modify or update contacts or leases within the system. Moreover, it contained numerous features unused by us which results in increased complexity when attempting to make changes or updates to our data. Furthermore it felt outdated.
