“Poor CRM with Limited Functionality
Pros
AuroCRM platform shows potential but still requires significant development to satisfy all users. Though CRM features are pretty much non-functional right now and there are several frustrating issues throughout. Plus I feel like documentation could definately use some work too.
Cons
The customization options are pretty limited and when they do exist, they are confusing to use. Also customer support takes forever to get back to you which is frustrating when your stuck with an issue.

“Ideal for business startups
Pros
I really like how different this CRM is from the usual options out there. The smart add-ons are genuinely useful and those quick view pop-up alerts keep me on top of everything without being intrusive. Plus being able to integrate with web portals has been a game changer for our workflow too.
Cons
Well the customization options do not really meet everyones needs. Even though you can adjust the interface somewhat. Since it is still pretty new there are definitley areas that need more development to make it work better for different users.

“Quite impressed with it
Pros
The add-ons are pretty impressive as customers can see their entire journey from the very first order. Also I really like how it syncs with Google Calendars and pulls valuable data from platforms like LinkedIn directly into the CRM. It is genuinely a smart solution that works great for teams. The e-signature feature is something I particularly liked. What stands out most is how it helps establish solid communication with leadership giving them access to comprehensive data through the CRM so they can make those critical decisions with better insight.
Cons
It is hard for me to find anything wrong since the CRM functionality works so well for our needs.
