With Beamery recruitment and retention process has been completely revamped for us. The software interface is easy to use and simple to navigate and the AI-driven insights provide immense value. So this would be a great choice for anyone in HR who wants to stay ahead of the competition.

Cons

I feel like the reporting dashboard could use more flexibility to match different business requirements and specific needs.

Pros

The system runs smoothly with quick response times and minimal lag. Plus creating workflows is easy and I can customize them whenever needed. The best thing is that ntegration with other tools is not a problem too.

Cons

To be honest I have not faced any trouble that would be a deal breaker.

Pros

I like the duplicate checking feature that helps keep things organized. The active and passive sourcing options work really well for finding candidates and there is an extensive database covering all kinds of expertise areas. What I find particularly useful is how smoothly it integrates with external platforms like LinkedIn and other social networks which makes the whole process much more efficient.

Cons

The duplicate checking takes forever and is really tedious. Plus when I upload new candidate info or attachments, it creates duplicate fields for experience, education and contact details instead of just updating the existing ones with the latest information.

Beamery software is very easy to use and sourcing candidates through the system is pretty efficient too.

Cons

Sometimes location feature can be buggy and switching between locations is something I find quite annoying.

The automation features have really helped me stay organized and streamline my workflow. I rely heavily on the scheduling functionality and now it's become essential to how I operate. Also the messaging system for reaching out to candidates has also proven quite valuable in my daily routine.

Cons

Beamery candidate location feature has been a real headache. And the suggested contacts do not help much since they are not location-specific. Also the radius search functionality could definitely be improved.
