BeOne process analysis team is the best. You can say that they are my fav. Like they truly understand and connect with the client's needs.

The challenge is aligning the operational parts with the technical ones. A thorough analysis before implementation is also very important. After that the development team sometimes misses the exact needs of the client. However there's been significant improvement in this area over the past few months.

Their process analysis team and the way they connect with customers is really impressive.
Cons
It can be challenging to align operational needs with technical execution. So a thorough upfront analysis is essential before implementation. Even after that the development team sometimes delivers solutions that don't fully match the clients exact needs. That said there's been significant improvement in this area over the last few months.

The company itself has gone through significant growth and rather than just a supplier, I would consider them more of a partner. Overall it makes a big difference.

Nothing major stands out to me as a con. Like all software no matter how advanced, it is a work in progress that needs to be adapted to specific needs. Also it provides a solid foundation to start with.

It integrates easily with other specialized solutions and the communication tools are both advanced and adaptable. The company itself has grown significantly so I'd consider them a true partner, not just a supplier.
Cons
There is nothing in particular that stands out as a problem. Like any software no matter how advanced it is still a work in progress and needs to be customized to fit specific needs. But overall I would say it is a really solid starting point.

Nova Systems is the clear choice for logistics software. We started using their products about a year ago and the experience has been great. The sales and implementation teams are very knowledgeable and quickly understand what we needed. We received hands-on training and their technical support is excellent too as they resolve any issues right away. Also the platform has helped us work without interruptions especially during challenging times. Highly recommended!
Cons
It does not support accounting systems other than their own. Sometimes the software feels overly complex, with more data fields than we need but the Nova Systems team is actively working to enhance the product.
