Better avoid it

Pros

This product is misleading. The claims that it helps with weight loss are false. As they just promises with no real results. They say they follow up but I have only received one call and the treatment is not effective.

Cons

The customer service was awful as the representative who assisted me was rude and did not listen. The product was also a disappointment as its claims were false.

Helps you become the best

Pros

The best part of Better Agency is how easy it is to use. Plus sharing and reassigning service and claim requests has made us more efficient. The sales pipeline keeps producers updated on their prospects and the renewal pipeline has been proven the best for retention.

Cons

We started using it early on and the onboarding process was a challenge. However I believe it has significantly improved since then.

Fails to keep its promises

Pros

My experience with Better Agency was mostly negative but this was not due to the software itself as it was more about the lack of sufficient customer support and their lack of knowledge about their own product. When it comes to the software it seemed to function well. The contact lists and individual profiles had all the information you'd need such as policy numbers, vehicle details and more. Also imade it easy to look up any client. The pipeline feature was probably the best part with boxes for organization at various stages of a sale, cross-selling, renewals, customer service and more. The email campaigns also looked great with lots of customization options. And you could even program it to send birthday cards to customers automatically. But unfortunately every email I sent through their system ended up in spam which prevented me from having success with it.

Cons

I did a lot of research to find the right AMS for my company and eventually chose it hoping for great things. Unfortunately the biggest issue was the severe lack of customer service and their poor understanding of their own product. As my title states it was a solution with empty promises. When I purchased the software I was told I would have access to the commissions beta which was a key factor in my decision. Despite this I never got access to it even though it was promised. The staff's knowledge was also lacking especially when it came to how their system handled email campaigns. I use Gsuite and it took me a while to figure out how to connect it myself. Despite asking about it before purchasing they couldn't explain how the system sent emails. To top it off all my emails ended up in spam.

Reliable tool

Pros

Better Agency software is very reliable and lets me work without worrying about issues.

Cons

Well I have no complaints about this software as it has helped me increase sales and keep my customers happy.

Has everything we were looking for

Pros

This program was easy to implement in our organization and very user friendly. My team adapted to it quickly and we saw the benefits immediately. It has quickly become one of the most valuable tools for our organization. We have made huge improvements in the experience we provide for our customers. Overall the software is truly exceptional and training was hardly needed since it's so simple and basic.

Cons

I signed up as soon as they started offering it. There were a few growing pains but that is expected from a company expanding quickly. The positive side is they are very responsive to feedback and continue improving based on real user experiences.

Deceptive practices with their free trial

Pros

The free trial cancellation process is a scam. So take my advice and do not sign up as they will charge you no matter what.

Cons

Do not sign up for their free trial. They do not just require a written cancellation request as advertised. I submitted one but they still charged me a $399 fee. When I escalated the issue their customer service said there was nothing they could do. Apparently they sent me an email with a form to fill out but it ended up in the spam folder and was never seen. They did not handle the situation fairly and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a company that prioritizes customer service. They are all about sales and money.

Number one CRM for insurance

Pros

Better Agency ease of use, functionality and time-saving features are major reasons why I say this is arguably the best CRM system for insurance agencies out there.

Cons

I have not come across any downsides! It is that good.

Taken my agency to the next level

Pros

The best part was how easy it was to get started as everything was set up for me and I only needed to make minor adjustments. As there was no need to reinvent the wheel.

Cons

There is really nothing I dislike. I just think there are so many features that I have not even had the chance to use yet.

Fantastic software

Pros

They are always striving to innovate and push the boundaries. They are never satisfied with what they have and constantly look for ways to improveespecially in ways that benefit their clients. Plus I love the fact that they truly value customer feedback.

Cons

There are still a few things that need to be added but I am confident they will get it done soon and do it well.

Truly amazing

Pros

Better Agency has helped my insurance agency provide a better experience for both new and existing clients. This has led to an increase in new business sales and improved retention which means more revenue.

Cons

Like any growing company there are some things to work through as the user base expands but they are very open to all feedback. So I am not worried.

A must-have!

Pros

It is easy of use and quick to implement. Plus an open API for future integrations and a customer support team that stays on top of everything is just awesome. This is truly the best thing I come across after long time.

Cons

Some of the functionality has occasional bugs. And I would love for it to support carrier downloads to make it a more complete AMS.

Quite essential for modern insurance agencies

Pros

Better Agency product was easy to use and integrate into our agency. The results were immediate and the team adapted to it quickly. And it is now one of our most important tools and we have been able to improve our client experience exponentially from where we were before.

Cons

I joined when they first launched the product. There were a few growing pains but thats normal. The good thing is they respond quickly and improve features based on user feedback.
