“Excellent CRM with great automation features
Pros
Automated workflows and recurring tasks have been proven really helpful for our team. Plus being able to set up triggers for automated actions saves us so much time. Also I like that we can create reminders for specific tasks and send them directly to the right people.
Cons
The search function for templates is missing so I have to scroll through everything to find what I need.

“Simplifies our job
Pros
We love how this tool lets us manage sales opportunities through a visual pipeline thats really simple. And being able to add custom stages and move deals around with drag and drop makes everything so much smoother. The alert system is great too for timing our outreach perfectly and the reporting gives us great insights into how our sales team is performing.
Cons
Manual scoring and segmentation process works fine but I wish there was an automated feature built right in to handle this stuff.

“Easy to customize
Pros
BIGContacts makes it really simple for us to modify data fields. Overall it makes managing contacts so much more streamlined. Plus the ability to customize the sales pipeline by adding or removing stages is fantastic. What I find most valuable though is being able to access my data remotely from anywhere.
Cons
It would be nice if custom fields could work with the Webforms too.

Pros
I find this to be one of the best and simplest tool I have worked with. You do not need any coding background or technical expertise to get started.
Cons
To be honest there is not much this tool is missing, though I feel like adding features like lead scoring would definitely improve the user experience.

Pros
The internal collaboration tools here are outstanding. Plus different departments can jump into contact records, check past conversations and see even the tiniest details about leads all in one spot. File sharing between team members is seamless and everyone in our team stays in the loop with real-time alerts and notifications.
Cons
BIGContacts mobile app could definitely use some improvements.

Pros
BIGContacts visual sales pipeline is quite impressive as I can see all my contacts and exactly where they are in the sales process at a glance. And being able to drag and drop deals to create a custom pipeline that matches our sales cycle makes everything so much smoother.

“Proven higly beneficial for us
Pros
I have been using this contact management tool for our sales team and it has really helped us get organized. We used to juggle data across spreadsheets, Google Drive and email. And now I realized what a mess that was. But this solution brought some much needed clarity to our sales process and made everything way more streamlined.
Cons
Since we are still new to this tool I have not run into any real downsides yet as it is just too early to tell what issues might come up.

“Exceeds almost all our expectations
Pros
The centralized approach for managing opportunities and tracking our pipeline is quite good as it really helped boost our sales numbers significantly. I particularly like how all customer communications stay organized in one place making everything so much easier to find. Also the automation features are prety helpful too especially for staying on top of follow ups without missing anything important.
Cons
I wish there was a feature to automatically remove duplicate records as that would really help clean up my database.
