“Simple CRM tool for newbies
Pros
I really like the lead management tools and they make it easier for me to attract new leads and check how the current ones are doing. What's cool is that the customized sales processes for premium users help grab new opportunities super fast.
Cons
There's no trial period, which kinda sucks and you might end up wasting money or realizing it's not that useful after a month or two. Also, the support team hasn't been that great with helping me out especially when I had trouble uploading content from outside sources. Even their knowledge base doesn't seem to stay updated after new changes.

“Easy-to-use cloud CRM for teams
Pros
I totally loved their advanced analytics dashboard. I can whip up reports in a nice visual format, which is great for presentations. It also gives me detailed client insights instantly. Plus, since it's web-based, I can access it anytime from anywhere and my team can easily make updates and respond quickly.
Cons
Using it on mobile has been a pain and it's slow to load sometimes. While I was using it, I also noticed there wasn't any bulk data upload feature which made things harder. And if your internet goes out, forget about accessing your data offline and it just doesn't work without a connection.

“Used it at my previous org
Pros
I'm a big fan of how flexible it is and how well it integrates. We were able to connect it with our frontend setup and now it pushes info to all our warehouses at once. It's very handy for real-time data flow.
Cons
I've run into a few glitches and development tends to take quite a while. The team also seems to struggle when it comes to understanding supply chain flows. I really think they need to add more analytical tools to help make development smoother.

Pros
I genuinely like using BizPlus CRM and it's pretty awesome. As a business owner, I think it's perfect because of the cool features and the unique way it handles everything.
Cons
I can't really say there's anything I dislike so far. I've only been using it for a few months but honestly, I've been having a great experience with it.

“All-in-one CRM solution
Pros
Since it's web-based, every team member can easily access our international database from anywhere, anytime. That's been a huge plus for us.
Cons
It works really well with Windows, no problems there. But I've noticed it can give you a trouble when you're trying to run it on a Mac.

“Great support and all in one business tool
Pros
Some of the features I really appreciate are the CRM tools, sales reports, expense tracking, invoicing and the dashboard. Those are just a few of the helpful ones.
Cons
The mobile version still needs some attention especially when it comes to pricing and it's something they really need to look into.
