“Strong platform with expansion potential”
Pros
The automation level here is incredible. Probably the closest I've seen to running everything hands free. Training comes included which you definitely need since there are tons of features to explore. I'm pretty sure you could handle all your lead generation from this one CRM if you wanted to. The lead capture function really stands out as the best part and I find myself checking it daily because it works so well. Their customer service chat is fantastic too. AI handles the simple stuff instantly but when you need a real person for complex issues they're there within 15 minutes. Implementation was straightforward and the integration process is simple.
Cons
The dashboard feels a bit outdated and some functions aren't as simple as they could be.

Cons
The system occasionally glitches and wont hold onto client email addresses I input. I've had to figure out a workaround to make them stick properly.

Pros

“All-in-one tool but with minor flaw”
Pros
I think that KVCore has everything you need for your business from marketing, to drip campaigns, to easily creating landing pages, squeeze pages, FB Ads and even keeping record of your transactions. I haven't found anything I can't do when it comes to running my business effectively through there.
Cons
The biggest thing that I personally dislike but don't feel that it's effected my business overall is that when new leads register and it triggers the campaign for them the initial text will go out the time that they registered haven't had anyone complain but it is a little unprofessional and unrealistic to think we are working at all hours

“Powerful CRM Tool”
Pros
I like the fact that I can manage all of my contacts, website, landing pages and marketing campaigns in a single tool. It is a beast in a positive way. I'm just scratching the surface to leverage it's full potential.
Cons
The downsides to such a powerhouse of a tool is the learning curve can be steep if you're not tech savvy. In addition the capabilities and numerous add-ons are overwhelming. Feels like that was done intentionally to get agents to purchase consulting services to have someone set it up for you.

I found the setup process really easy especially when it came to organizing my contacts and setting up reminders. The getting started information was clear and helpful.
Cons
Now and then, after finishing tasks the icons I need just disappear and I can't find them anywhere.

The overall idea behind this system is good and that's really where my positive feedback ends.
Cons
Communication emails consistently land in spam folders which creates an unprofessional situation where I'm constantly asking clients to check their spam. Lead status tracking is completely broken, contacts stay stuck as "New Lead" even after they respond to emails and the system shows messages as unopened when clients have clearly replied. Coming from Lofty this was supposed to be an upgrade but turned into a frustrating downgrade. The platform only works reliably as a basic contact database. Instead of blaming email domains they need to fix these core functionality issues.

“Perfect for New Agents”
Pros
I want to have all my sphere of influence data merged in one spot plus the various ways to reach out to contacts. The autodialer feature has me really excited and being able to send bulk emails is fantastic.
Cons
I'm still figuring out my email campaigns and it's taking longer than I expected. Want to set up different ones for various statutes in my SOI but I also need to see what they're receiving as a reference point. Also trying to send email flyers for my Open Houses to specific groups in my SOI but the whole process is moving at a slower pace than I expected.
