It really offers great features

Pros

Braze gives us a lot of flexibility in the UI, which makes it easy to add custom features in campaigns and canvases. That's been super helpful since we are a large organization with different local teams who each have their own style and branding.

Cons

The technical integration is tough if you are working with a complex ecosystem. There are still a lot of open questions we haven't figured out yet.

Simple and very effective

Pros

I've found the platform really easy and dynamic, it just makes sense and works smoothly.

Cons

I think creating Canvases could be a bit easier. The preview format doesn't really work that well for me.

Looking good so far

Pros

It's been great because it helped us a lot with automation. Before Braze, our system was pretty outdated.

Cons

Everything in one place with this platform

Pros

Braze fits our business needs perfectly and grows right along with us. We can launch quick, simple campaigns or plan out complex journeys and our team actually enjoys using it, which really helps with buy in, speed and staying innovative.

Cons

The new drag-and-drop editor for In App Messages could be better especially when it comes to customizing how things render on different devices or excluding content based on device type.

Working good so far

Pros

So far, so good. We've only been using it for six months but I'm excited about new features coming out and how I can use them in future campaigns. Their automation and segmentation tools are ahead of the competition.

Cons

It's a bit tricky to delegate tasks to junior team members because the interface is a bit more advanced than what they're used to.

Definitely worth checking out

Pros

They have got a great customer success team and the platform is super easy to use, it's really cutting edge stuff.

Cons

I think reporting especially for Canvases could be improved. Also the platform is pretty expensive.

No complaints, I'm enjoying Braze

Pros

Overall I enjoy using Braze. It's got all the advanced features we need to crush our CRM goals. Huge shoutout to their customer service team too, they are super knowledgeable and always help with any issue I have had.

Cons

There are a few small bugs in the campaign/canvas search. Like, when I click into a campaign and hit back, it doesn't stay on the same page. Also, the content block search feels a bit off.

Braze helps turn data into something powerful

Pros

I love how Braze lets us integrate multiple data sources�it's powerful. We can turn data streams into smart campaigns that deliver the right message at the right time. And the feedback cycle helps us keep improving customer journeys across all our business areas.

Cons

The integration with our own digital ID still isn't great. It's hard to know which customer profile Braze is using for a campaign since one person can have multiple profiles. We also feel like the support from Braze engineers on this could be stronger.

Powerful and easy tool

Pros

Braze is really userfriendly and easy to get around. Segmenting is simple and building out user journeys is smooth and wellorganized.

Cons

Sometimes UI features like exit icons don't work right, you just have to wait for them to reset, which can be a bit annoying.

Big help when it comes to staying organized

Pros

There are tons of options to keep campaigns on track and make sure everything runs the way we need it to.

Cons

As a designer, I sometimes get lost using the platform, but luckily my project manager is always there to guide me through.

Covers every messaging channel I need

Pros

The dynamic fields work great for what we need and I love that we get full support for SMS, push notifications, email and in app messaging all in one place.

Cons

It would be great to have a checkbox or setting to avoid sending messages on holidays or weekends, that's something I wish it had.

Would totally suggest this to others

Pros

I've been using Braze for almost three years and I really appreciate how much they have improved the product by listening to customer feedback and staying current with tech like AI. It's got an intuitive interface and it's so easy to use all the different channels from a single platform.

Cons

What I like the least is that sometimes the platform is limiting and I have to find workarounds or reach out to support to do what I actually want to do.
