“Great for managing outbound sales
Pros
It streamlines our calling process allowing us to track business calls. Also it comes with a CRM and integrates easily with WhatsApp and email. The integration with external CRMs is seamless improving calling efficiency and making remote calls easy to manage.
Cons
App is mobile only and limited to iOS making it more specific to certain mobile devices which I do not like.

Pros
Everything about it is good. Be it easy scalability, high contact ratios, low recurring costs, no capital investment and excellent data security I simply like everything about this tool.
Cons
I have not noticed any downsides so far.
