Perfect for entrepreneurs

Pros

Its really easy to demonstrate to someone who is using a CRM for the first time. Not difficult to understand either.

Cons

Dont understand why events and notes are treated as separate things. It can cause problems when I am trying to manage a lead with time and activity tracking.

Pros

I really appreciate how effectively it tracks customers and the email integration feature is also so cool.

Cons

I would have given it perfect score if it was not for bugs and the paid version being a bit expensive. It also doesnt integrate well with other app.

Pros

It covers everything we need and it ensures that everything is recorded and can be accessed at any point.

Cons

At first it was tricky to figure out how to change drop down menus or filter settings. The landing page had so much going on. Although I now find it easy to use.
