Pros
I find this system really helpful for collecting client information and managing projects tailored to specific customer types. It lets me assess client details to create different functionalities and work requirements for particular projects. What I appreciate most is how it keeps valuable client data secure while making it accessible across the sales desk and entire sales team.
Cons
I love this tool and I think they should do a better job at marketing it.
