“Can be huge if they sort out a few issues

Pros

It was easy to integrate and didnt take much time to get the hang of. I really like the user friendly nature.

Cons

One limitation I noticed is that it doesnt fully integrate with email.

Pros

I find the dashboard menu is really helpful. Its simple to check how much each consultant is selling and apply filters. Adding opportunities and keeping track of the sales process is super easy.

Cons

Sometimes its not very easy to figure out and some features are a bit hard to find. It could be my network but some commands take longer than expected to execute.

Pros

The software is really user friendly with a great interface. It automatically links with Outlook so I can see the communication history directly in CentrixOne while still using Outlook like I normally do.

Cons

Would be great if there were more reporting options directly available instead of having to rely on Excel.

Pros

The part I love the most about it is their customer service! The team is super efficient and provides quick support according to your needs. The price is also very reasonable.

Cons

Its not always easy to understand so that could definitely be better. Its pretty simple to use though once you get used to it.
