Pros
It was easy to integrate and didnt take much time to get the hang of. I really like the user friendly nature.
Cons
One limitation I noticed is that it doesnt fully integrate with email.

Pros
I find the dashboard menu is really helpful. Its simple to check how much each consultant is selling and apply filters. Adding opportunities and keeping track of the sales process is super easy.
Cons
Sometimes its not very easy to figure out and some features are a bit hard to find. It could be my network but some commands take longer than expected to execute.

The software is really user friendly with a great interface. It automatically links with Outlook so I can see the communication history directly in CentrixOne while still using Outlook like I normally do.
Cons
Would be great if there were more reporting options directly available instead of having to rely on Excel.
