Pros

I find it really useful to receive customer contacts through WhatsApp. It helps keep conversations organized and ensures that no customer goes unnoticed or slips away. Helps in retaining customers.

Cons

You cant send automatic messages to multiple clients at once and there's no way to add an audio message to quick replies. Would appreciate if these features were added.
