“Interactive system for managing clients

Pros

I really appreciate how user friendly and easy the interface is to use. It makes everything feel smooth. One of my favorite features is the ability to save emails and attachments as notes.

Cons

The downside is we have to maintain another piece of software in our system. There's no trail version available to test it out first which is frustrating when your trying to evaluate if its worth the investment.
