at church I use this to enter and keep track of membership details and attendance and it has been dependable and easy to work with.

it took a little time at first to understand how everything worked but after that it was fine.

Something we really appreciate about this product is how versatile it is. It handles a wide range of tasks and the cloud based system makes it convenient to keep everything updated automatically.

Reporting is the part that feels lacking. There isn't really a easy way to create reports and I wish there were many more format options available.

When tax season rolls around and it's time to prepare Giving Statements for our church members I actually look forward to it. This software makes the whole task incredibly simple. With just a few keystrokes and one click to print all of the member statements are sent to the printer almost instantly. It really doesn't get any easier than that. The program automatically keeps every gift entered throughout the year and turns it into a clear readable statement. After that it's just fold, stuff and mail.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about the Donations section it. Some of the other reports can be a little more involved but this one definitely isn't.

Pros

The recurring transaction feature has been one of my favorite parts of using it.

Cons

One downside is that vendors and recurring transactions can't be sorted alphabetically and the software also doesn't work with the Apple operating system.

Honestly there is not much to complain about since the program is very user friendly.

Using it has been very simple and the support team has been wonderful whenever I need help. We also use the online giving feature and being able to import Vanco into this platform has worked out really well for us.

It would be difficult for me to point to anything I like least. I'm very happy with the whole program.

After you get familiar with how the program works it becomes much easier to use. It also gives us plenty of options to customize reports and having all of our church information stored in one place is a big plus.

One downside is that customer service has become slower over the years. They do offer premium support if you pay extra which is frustrating. After being a customer for 15 years and paying substantial annual support fees is something I really don't appreciate.

Pros

Switching from Excel to this software has made our recordkeeping much more reliable. It lets us enter data accurately and as a result generate precise reports. There are also lots of reporting options available with many different formats to choose from which makes the overall product much more dependable.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside it would be the training requied. The support team provides plenty of helpful resources but it still takes a fair amount of time to fully understand and appreciate all the functions the program has to offer.

Pros

It covers a broad range of needs when it comes to managing member information. It has been particularly useful for following attendance patterns and tracking member contributions. It also makes putting together giving statements for members quick and simple.

Cons

The look of the interface feels very outdated and it seems like the user interface has barely changed in nearly ten years.

Program is very simple to use and the support team is outstanding. They're always ready to help whenever it's needed.

I don't have any complaints about this software. They're incredibly helpful and whenever updates or changes are made they always keep you informed.
