Was pretty simple to start off with. Anyone with a business background can pick it up without much trouble and the initial setup feels use friendly and simple to work through.

Cons

I'd like to have a bit more flexibility in the report formatting. At times I'd prefer to use "fund" instead of "account."

Pros

It has been a great addition to our ministry. It's simple to pick up, well organized and full of features that truly make church administration more manageable. Whether it's tracking attendance, handling contributions, scheduling volunteers or keeping member records current it all works together really well. One of the biggest positives has been how user friendly everything feels. Our team was able to start using it quickly without feeling overloaded. The built in communication tools save a lot of time and the custom reporting options have given us better insight into how to support and serve our congregation. Support has been excellent too. Whenever we've needed help their team has replied promptly and with genuine care.

Took some time to figure out initially but aside from that this software is polished, useful and thoughtfully built!

Pros

From the start it has covered just about everything our church needs aside from payroll. Even with that excluded it offers tremendous value. The support team has been outstanding as well. Every email I sent was answered very quickly and the training videos included with support made it simple to learn because the software is very user friendly. I even sent over an Excel file with our church membership details and they had it uploaded within two hours. Overall it has been an excellent experience.

Cons

I really do not have any complaints. As mentioned it does not include payroll but I was not expecting or needing that feature to be part of the system.

If you're looking for the most value for your money this software stands out as one of the best all in one church management tools available. It's practical, covers everything in one place and doesn't take much effort to get up and running.

The platform is something I really appreciate but it does take a bit of time to learn how to use it to its full potential. The card system works really well too especially after everything is properly set up.

After using it for many years I can say it has been a very affordable and dependable option for us. The support team has been consistently helpful even when I have asked questions that probably seemed obvious. As the main person using it I've been able to manage our membership records and pledge giving without trouble. The reporting tools are easy and many times I've been able to pull up needed information very quickly. We also have not run into any problems with online giving and I feel completely confident keeping our information in the CT system. We just have not used the accounting module.

Cons

Not an issue of the software itself but mostly from our side: I have had a hard time getting more people to use the online application in any part of the system. Since many in our congregation are older technology is simply not something they naturally want to use. I need to keep looking for better ways to show them how useful the information in this could be for them and that continues to be an ongoing goal.

Serving as our church treasurer without any formal accounting background I really appreciate how quickly I can get answers whenever I have a question. That kind of immediate support has been the biggest benefit of using this software. Thanks a lot!!

I still have not figured out how to create my own forms yet. I'm sure there's something on the website that explains it and I plan to look it up later.

One of the best parts is the affordable cost and the user friendly interface which makes everything easy to use. The QR code for church connect is especially helpful and I also really appreciate the cards landing page.

A point of confusion has been the premium features we paid for since we now have to pay separately to use services like Twilio and Mailchimp (we originally thought were included with the subscription)

Using it feels stress free and moving between sections is simple when I need to find something quickly. The customer service team also responds promptly and is always willing to help.

It would be better if the monthly totals showed the totals at the end for gross amounts received, fee charges and net amounts.

Back when I helped support a church we relied on this software to keep up with members and the church's work and it was genuinely useful for both the consultants and the leadership team. The access controls, security tools, communication options, banking transaction features and reporting all come together really well and the reports make the information much easier to understand. Overall it offers strong value for the price and works well for both everyday users and administrators.

I've heard from some people that they ran into issues with the software but personally I love using it and didn't come across anything that felt like a dealbreaker.

It covers everything we need to manage our church's finances and membership records and then some. The layout is clean and easy, it's simple to work with and the support resources are excellent.

Very little I dislike about the software. If I could change one thing (and I've mentioned this to the developers a couple of times) it would be adding automation options for quarterly and semi annual tasks instead of only daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Having to remember when to pause and restart automations for those quarterly and semi annual transactions just to avoid rebuilding them every time is hard to keep track of and easy to miss. When that happens reconciling the finances gets more complicated because the transactions in the software don't always line up with what's actually showing in the bank accounts.
