“all-in-one crm solution”
Pros
This tool feels like a very active and capable CRM solution to me. I've seen it cover everything from task and project tracking to leads, customers, reports and staff management.
Cons
Everything has worked well for me so far and I haven't come across any drawbacks while using this tool. What really stands out is how supportive the team has been even going as far as adjusting things to fit my software needs.
