Pros
I really appreciate how this centralizes all my client and prospect information in one place. The database is easy to handle. so, I can easily organize contacts, keep track of our interactions and store important details. It's made managing my business relationships much more streamlined and efficient.
Cons
The email template customization feels restricted and the workflow options don't match what you'd find in more sophisticated marketing automation platforms.

Pros
It has really transformed how I handle client relationships and boosted the experience for everyone involved. The features are comprehensive and the interface feels clean and it's essential for running my business smoothly.
Cons
The lack of a dedicated mobile app is something I've noticed. While the web version works fine on phones, having an actual app would make managing clients much more convenient when I'm away from my desk. It would really improve accessibility on the go.

“Top agency client management solution
Pros
It's incredibly flexible and handles most of what I need. Adding custom fields to practically everything is a easy, plus I can brand it with my own domain and create document templates that fit perfectly. Setup was simple and whenever I've had questions, support has been really helpful. I'm gradually moving my billing and contracts over here and been using it heavily lately and everything's going smoothly.
Cons
I can't connect multiple mailboxes which would really help with email sequences and calendar integration is limited to just Google and Outlook and I wish there were more options.

“Unique platform with standout features
Pros
I'm really enjoying how this platform has simplified my workflow tremendously. The website lets me handle payments, generate leads, send marketing emails to clients, create invoices and tons more. The app integration with Zapier and similar tools is fantastic. I've been using it daily since discovering it and the customer support team has been very helpful. Everything is implemented in a way that makes completing tasks very easy.
Cons
I'm not a fan of how the contracts don't appear to be legally binding. Plus, creating templates from scratch means dealing with this frustrating drag and drop interface that's really not enjoyable to work with.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how user friendly it is and how well everything works together. There are tons of features to pick from, making it perfect whether you're new to business or have been around for years. Having contracts, proposals, invoicing and CRM all in one place is incredible and the fact that it's completely free makes it even better. Finding this tool has been a game changer for my workflow since it handles everything I need.

Pros
The interface is clean and easy to use, making client management and invoicing feel easy. Customer support has been outstanding as well. The invoicing functionality works flawlessly and the white label feature gives my coaching business a polished, professional look. Cons

Pros
I've been using it for several months and it's completely transformed how I manage clients. The interface feels interactive and going through different sections is easy and I can easily track clients, leads, proposals and invoices without jumping between multiple tools. What really stands out is the proposal and invoicing system. Moving from initial proposal to actually starting a project happens seamlessly within the same platform. The templates look professional and I can customize them to match my branding which keeps everything consistent. The client portal feature really impressed me too. Each client gets their own personalized space where we can keep all our communication and relevant documents organized. Both sides can access everything they need without any confusion. Integration capabilities have been a huge time-saver since I've connected it with other tools I use regularly. My workflow runs much smoother now and I'm definitely more productive than before.
Cons
The reporting could definitely be more flexible and I'd love deeper analytics to quickly assess how my business is performing. Also the calendar functionality feels basic and could use some upgrades.
