Definitely useful for business marketing

Pros

The fact that it integrates with the most important messaging social platforms really made my work easier.

Cons

A really effective tool for customer engagement

CM.com offers a range of features that are very useful for us, especially to engage with our customers more efficiently.

Cons

User friendly and v thorough!

Pros

Our team can now handle all of our direct marketing tasks from one platform plus we use sms and email to drive traffic to our landing pages, this really helps us achieve optimal conversions.

Cons

To be honest I have not faced any major issues. their customer support was quick to respond whenever I had questions which was great.

Overall, A very smooth experience

Pros

The integration was pretty smooth, i liked how it allows us to bring WhatsApp messages directly into our system. This change helped us use several of the other developments we had already implemented on our side. It was simple but impactful reducing our turnaround times from literally days to minutes. it significantly improved the overall customer experience.

Cons

Right now I dont think there are any major downsides but yes there is just so much we can explore and improve. For eg, the integration of whatsApp into our system offers a lot of potential and we need to take full advantage of it to become a truly omnichannel business.

Works well but needs variations

Pros

Well, the platform is very beginner friendly and simple, I didnt have to spend a lot of time learning. Creating an account, adding both the sign and campaign apps to my dashboard, learning how to use them and actually setting up templates and campaigns was all done in a matter of 30 minutes max. Even the process was so enjoyable and I can already see the value and ROI in using this over our previous methods.

Cons

The only issue I ran into was being unable to edit e-signature documents directly from the CM.com Sign interface. This was a bit frustrating for me when I needed to make changes or revisions to a document before the signature stage. Everything else works really well and yes the thing that was not very clear was that I needed to add the address book app to upload a list of contacts for my campaign. So it would have been helpful if the intro guide mentioned that so users could send bulk messages without manually adding each contact.

Pretty user-friendly, helps with good client engagement

Pros

This software is pretty easy to use i feel like a tool being user friendly is very beneficial for newcomers and for the nature of these applications. What caught our attention the most was the reporting feature, especially the ability to drill down into the data. Also the integration worked out well on its own, without any problems or issues, even without needing much help from the team.

Cons

One improvement we would suggest is the grouping and categorization of data intelligence, this would help us generate better reporting insights from within the software.

Offers a broad variety of features

Pros

What impressed me most about CM's software was the variety and range of solutions available. I mainly used the SMS suite which includes two way SMS messaging and online messaging through campaigns. Overall both solutions were easy to set up and use. And it was exactly as simple as advertised giving businesses an easy way to connect with their target audience.

Cons

Something I feel could use some improvement is the SMS campaign feature, especially when it comes to tracking if an action is working, for example when I tried uploading a picture to a campaign, I had to upload it several times because there was no progress indicator. I think it should adjust the UI to show users when an action is in progress.
