“Customer support is nowhere to be found
Pros
It was both simple to use and easy to set up. But I did not find anything else good about it.
Cons
Prices were suddenly doubled without any prior notice. They say they sent an email but it was just a link on their website showing the new prices. And customer support is practically nonexistent as they do not answer calls or emails, unless it is related to canceling the billing or disputing a charge. Also the software frequently fails to work due to various hosting or technical problems on their end.

Pros
The two-column layout with the Navigation Board makes it simple for users to add tasks and track the latest activities. Plus we can set goals in value and create as many goals as we need. Also customization is flexible with no limits on the number of text boxes, text lines or dropdown lists. Just ensure the format follows the logic with the two-column layout.
Cons
Well the deal card layout is worst with narrow horizontal text and auto-wrapped text that strains my eyes. The only reasonable option I find is the table view list for deals. The goals are not properly counted and the logic behind the deals is flawed. Plus some algorithms are incorrect leading to inaccurate results.
