It works but it's not perfect

Pros

I found the system really easy to use especially for someone with little experience in CRM systems. Plus adding contacts and setting up emails was simple too.

Cons

The email tracking feature does not work very well. And sometimes an email appears to have been opened multiple times but when I talk to the recipient, they say they never even saw it. So I am not sure the pixel tracking is accurate.

Promising CRM if they continue improving it

Pros

It is simple as I find it easy to use. Plus the return on investment is great due to the reasonable pricing.

Cons

Well it seems to me that development has slowed down even though there is still great potential.

Reliable CRM system

Pros

CompanyHub is a fantastic tool packed with powerful features that are especially useful for large companies. Every sales team of ours has its own way of working and this software is built to adjust to any setup. Plus its flexible customization options make it a great fit for big operations helping meet the needs of different users. One of its best features is how it helps businesses focus on high-potential leads which is key to driving success.

Cons

It offers many valuable features making it a comprehensive software solution with a wide range of functions. However it has some issues with instability and unsatisfactory appearances which affect the user experience. This creates problems as the interface can feel heavy and confusing especially when we are trying to register or log in.
