Pros

Contacts App CRM software has a great interface thats really easy to use. I would say it is a simple and beginner friendly tool.

Cons

Perfect for any business

Pros

I really like the ticket management features and the online CRM tools are great too. Plus it simplifies lead management and offers great account management features as well. Overall it is a solid help desk solution that makes customer success easier.

Cons

Switching to it has been seamless process with no issues at all.

Pretty useful tool

Pros

Apptivo is a well organized software with a clean interface that helps automate both internal and external sales tracking. Also it offers online support whenever we need.

Cons

I have not faced any trouble with it for my use. In short I really like the software.

Ideal for a solo entrepreneur

Pros

As someone who values tools that are both efficient and flexible Apptivo CRM has really impressed me. As a solo entrepreneur I need a CRM that integrates smoothly with various apps and it does just that. Also it allows me to build a tech ecosystem customized to my needs. What I love most is its user friendly design which saves me time and makes the whole experience seamless. Plus the fact that it integrates pretty easily with Google products makes it even better. The connection with Stripe for managing payments is also fantastic. Lastly the customer support is top-notch as they respond almost instantly to chats.

Cons

For someone unfamiliar with CRMs like objects and APIs I can say it might be a bit tricky to use at first. So if you are a newbie you might need customer support to guide you through.

Easy to customize

Pros

It is easy to use and the customer support is truly amazing. Plus I can access it from anywhere and it's highly customizable.

Cons

I noticed that the website works a little slow at times and the Android app is not the best.

The ultimate business solution

Pros

I love that I can add or delete fields and fully control field attributes. The conversion process is also great but there could be a few more options. Ane I really like that it integrates with Xero and the staff provided solutions to sync with multiple Xero accounts which is really helpful.

Cons

Being an online solution, it depends on the internet and overseas cables which causes minor issues for me now and then. Also the email receiving function is not great, so I will stick with Outlook for that but sending emails works perfectly.

Cons

Simple and provides amazing support

Pros

It is really easy to use and adapt to. Plus making changes to the system is simple and everything is easy to understand so it does not take much time of ours to get the hang of it.

Cons

Some of the explanations are a bit confusing probably due to regional language differences. For example trigger will fire in the next year actually means it will happen in a year, not exactly 365 days. Some of the manuals need to have consistent English but overall I find the instructions easy to follow.

Great marketing solution

Pros

Decent software

Pros

The software is feature rich and the best thing is that all the features it has are proven useful for us. And now this tool is very important for keeping my company organized and running smoothly.

Cons

Setting it up can take some patience but Kudos to the support team as they are always there to assist us when needed.
