Cool life CRM organized everything for us

Pros

Having a single view of each contact with all communications, agreements and relationships has really helped us stay focused. The right people can get to our website, newsletters, resident records, donors and vendors no matter what device they are using. The board can now support fundraising efforts more efficiently and streamline donations on the website where people can donate online. It has greatly helped us in organizing our work!

Cons

We don't find any drawbacks. The team at Cool Life has always been quick to respond with the right answers and successfully turned every issue into learning process.

My choice out of all CRM tools

Pros

Senior bankers at our firm have fully adopted this system. Its easy to customize and their team is very cooperative and professional. Its an essential part of our business now. Having tried Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and more, I can confidently say its the best product out there.

Cons

No complaints at all. If you cant customize it yourself, the CLS team will make sure it fits your needs. Low chances you would need the help anyway as its pretty easy.

Its simplicity and adaptability make it the top CRM!

Pros

We have customized the system to fit our business needs and its the foundation of our sales prospecting and client management. It helps us track key sales metrics and since using it our revenues have gone up because it keeps a check on business development team.

Cons

An option to search for notes by global keywords would have been helpful. Plus the mobile app is missing some features and theres often not enough bandwidth.

Amazing CRM with great service

Pros

We love how it helps us organize contacts, sell tickets for events and manage volunteers. Managing our website is also super easy which helps us keep the public updated.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any issues. I want my company to switch to it instead of Salesforce which we all find a bit difficult to use.

It has made us efficient and well organized with our communication

Pros

This software is completely customizable. It can probably do anything you want it to do. You just have to get the team involved. It has helped us create reports and functions that have uncovered more opportunities than we had before. The only reason you might think its lacking a feature is because you havent asked for help to customize it. From an admin perspective, making simple changes is quick and easy and common tasks are right there at the top of the dashboard. This software is made for people who have a lot going on and it definitely makes things easy.

Cons

The main thing missing is an iPhone app. Apart from that everything we pointed out has been made to fit our needs by their team.

Smooth and effective CRM

Pros

This software is responsive and gives me everything I need to manage my small business. I really like how flexible the permissions are. Its definitely for the people who want a simple way to manage customers. Recommended!

Cons

Haven't had any issues. This CRM covers all the basic features any company would need.

User friendly and problem free

Pros

Its reliable, user friendly and we dont face any issues with it ever. I send out my specials to over 1000 email addresses without any issues on a daily basis.

Cons

Personally I prefer speaking to someone directly over email communication when I have an issue. Since I dont spend much time with my computer, a phone call is easier for me especially because I am not big on tech and computers.

Simpler than the alternatives

Pros

I find it really simple to use and understand. I like how it separates companies and contacts. Other CRMs usually struggle with making this simple.

Cons

It occasionally crashes and I wish there was a quicker way to add contacts manually without having to click 'back to company' every time.

Decent customer service

Pros

Even when we switched to the mobile friendly version, a few things were a bit tricky to understand on the site

Cons

The design of the mobile site setup could use some improvements. While customer service has been good overall there has been an ocassion where my question was not answered by them.
