“all the features needed to monitor my sales team
Pros
The software is easy to use and very user friendly. Plus I can set up the pipeline to match our structure effortlessly. I have also integrated it with my email and website allowing me to create quotes and send them directly to clients from the CRM. Additionally I can capture leads from my website and the CRM automatically populates the client details.
Cons
In CRM Impulsa we can set the tax percentage but it has to stay the same for the whole quote. And if you want to use different tax rates for different products, you will need to make a separate quote for each one.
