“My go to tool for daily operations
Pros
I find the usability really impressive for day-to-day operations and it gives me a complete 360-degree view of every customer. With the recent upgrades, I can even use it as a BPM tool which adds alot of value.
Cons
The workflow setup could be more flexible and I'd really like to see better support for PCI DSS compliance requirements.

“Good Lead Management Tool
Pros
The workflow and design work really well once we assign leads to the right departments which makes getting things done much easier.
Cons
The system hogs way too much bandwidth and I often get stuck dealing with server slowness that interrupts my workflow.

“Essential Sales Tool!
Pros
I love how it pulls leads from everywhere, our website, marketing campaigns, landing pages and brings them all together in one place. Makes managing incoming prospects so much easier than juggling multiple systems.
Cons
Finding the dashboards and reporting features somewhat clunky to use and I struggle with getting daily reports to run automatically.

Pros
I can easily input leads directly into the system without dealing with paper records and maintaining customer information is simple. Being able to access and track customer data whenever I need it has been really convenient for my workflow.
Cons
Sometimes I run into technical glitches that trigger warning popups usually when there's duplicate data entry happening.

“Excellent product with solid performance
Pros
It has been a fantastic tool for building stronger customer relationships and automating our sales processes. What really impresses me is how innovative the platform feels and it genuinely helps our team work faster and more efficiently which has boosted our sales performance. I love that I can access it from anywhere whether I'm on my laptop, tablet, phone or working through the cloud. The setup was very easy and the interface is smooth enough that our whole team picked it up quickly without much training.
Cons
Sometimes the performance slows down for a few minutes which creates problems when I'm trying to work. I've reached out to support about this issue multiple times but they never give me solid answers or real solutions to prevent it from happening again. It's been really frustrating and causes genuine discomfort during busy periods.

“Very user friendly!
Pros
I really appreciate how this handles any business need I throw at it. The interface is clean and I can check everything without getting stuck. What I like most is there's no dependency issues, it just works independently.
Cons
I've noticed it can get really slow when the bandwidth is heavy. They definitely need to have more frequent training sessions to help users like me better understand the configuration and customization options.

Pros
