“Ahead of all competition

Pros

What I really love is how it doesnt just track data but also gives me useful insights. After using over 100 ESPs and automation tools over the last 10 years, I am of the view that its way ahead of all its competitors. No one even comes close!

Cons

I wish I had discovered this software sooner, would have benefited me a lot.

“Creating campaigns with follow ups and insights turned simple

Pros

Having a full view of our customers has been really helpful especially since we didnt have that before. Implementing it through the API which we have been using for other services was super easy. Creating email campaigns is quick and efficient.

Cons

Searching for customers and audiences isnt very easy. It feels more like programming or coding.

Integrating it with our current business processes and ecommerce was smooth and we can clearly see the benefits. Its really easy to use and I can create and send newsletters every week.

Cons

No downsides. I wish I had more time to explore all the great features and set up more automations.

The feature we love the most is how the program collects data on the other services we use. It was easy to set up and equally easy to use.

During the one year that weve been using this system, we havent come across any issues.
