Pros
I really like the data collection method, the way data updates are shared across different locations which eliminates data quality issues and the seamless integration with our POS system. Plus the level of GDPR compliance through MyFreedelity is reassuring. Also the functionality is quite impressive covering loyalty program management, geomarketing, catchment areas, marketing automation and RFM segmentation.
Cons
Not really anything. As the advantage of having everything integrated is much more valuable than using some specialized solutions that are complicated to connect together.
