Pros
I can easily gather customer feedback and use those insights to enhance our products. The daily tracking of customer reviews has been really helpful for staying on top of what clients are saying.
Cons
The biggest downside is there's no free trial or free version available. It's also missing some key features I'd expect like a reminder system, email marketing tools and cloud file storage capabilities.

Pros
I appreciate how this system gathers customer feedback and organizes it into useful data points. It does a solid job managing sales information and customer details for our smaller business operations. It's been helpful for keeping track of everything in one place.
Cons
The pricing is high for smaller operations like mine. That's really my only complaint though,everything else about it works well for what I need.
