“Excellent CRM
Pros
Data CRM is user friendly, practical and easy to navigate. As anyone with basic knowledge can use it and the quote design is something I like the most.
Cons
When editing quotes it is done through HTML programming and there is not enough support to configure it exactly as I want. So I feel like more assistance in this area would be helpful.

“Great tool for handling clients
Pros
What I like the most is its integration with email, WhatsApp Business and digital marketing. Plus I can easily and for free create landing pages.
Cons
Sometimes if the system stays inactive while creating a quote the data gets lost. I think an auto-save feature would be a great addition.

Pros
Everything is pretty easy, reliable and user friendly. Overall it has become an essential tool for our sales team. And it is great for daily work as well as auditing for the commercial management team. I also find it excellent for decision making.
Cons
The system changes the day at 7 PM and occasional system crashes have occurred. And since the new WhatsApp integration we have noticed the software has become a bit slower.

The CRM is user friendly and easy to use and most importantly, it allows us to customize fields according to our company's core business. Also the post sales service is excellent.
Cons
Building automatic tasks can be tricky at times. Plus I feel like it would be nice if the integration with RD was more efficient especially in terms of viewing historical data of prospects/clients from RD within the CRM.
