GREAT CRM! It does everything other CRMs do, but what most don't do today is PRINT! Yes, it prints a note card, letter, envelope, you name it, it prints it. Even a Postage Stamp, how inventive! Plus, I love how simple it is to teach people to use it.

Cons

As a devoted Mac user, the fact that it doesn't work on Windows doesn't bother me, but I can see how it might affect their sales.

The integration with core Mac products and the excellent user interface is impressive.

Experiencing crashes on the iPad when using the forms feature is frustrating. It would be beneficial to have pre-made templates for Real Estate and other industries as well.

Dealing with customer service was the worst experience ever. They rarely respond, and when they do, they are not helpful or respectful. It's been a dreadful experience. Businesses should avoid relying on them for office management.

When the software is functioning properly, it essentially fulfills all of our business needs and requirements.

The ISO doesn't sync or work properly, a significant issue ongoing for six months now. Despite assurances, there have been no fixes, just promises from their engineering team. After six years of use, it's disappointing to feel like a low priority.

This software is like an assistant to me. Once I input the information, I know it will remind me at the right time what I have to do.

The app has many limitations. While the mail assistant is good, it's complex to use on the go with an iPhone.

It's easy to use, easy to enter data, and fairly intuitive. Capturing emails with mail integration is very easy.

Creating user reports is challenging due to the limited number of user-defined text and date fields.

This program offers many different features and is affordable. It helps me keep track of tasks, manage lists, includes a calendar, and reminds me whenever I need. Even better, it keeps everything organized in one place!

One improvement for Daylite could be simplification. It should be easier for new users to get accustomed to with some sort of introductory guide.

I highly recommend this CRM if you are a Mac OS user and looking for a very good and affordable CRM tool.

My only complaint is related to OS compatibility. Since our company switched from Mac OS to Windows OS, we couldn't continue using Daylite. It's disappointing that it's not Windows-based.
