“Brilliantly connects everything for Mac”
Pros
While Apple's products work well together, they can feel disconnected for business use. But Daylite brilliantly connects everything! It is also a native Mac app, not just a website so it feels fast and works like it is part of the computer itself. Overall it is fantastic.
Cons
Setting up meetings in the calendar needs work. I am aware the team is improving it but making repeating events is pretty messy right now and the connection with Google and Microsoft calendars is not as smooth as it should be.

Pros
Having both project management and a CRM in one single system is perfect for me. I also really like how it lets me manage client interactions and follow project tasks all at the same time without any friction.
Cons
For someone just starting out, I feel like the platform can feel like a lot to take in particularly during the initial setup and when you are trying to learn all the powerful tools it offers.

My favorite part is how smoothly it works with Apple Mail and my calendar. It is also very easy to link emails directly to a specific contact, meeting or project. It even automatically finds and connects to our existing contacts for us.
Cons
I have not found any downsides because whenever I have a question during setup, I can always find an answer. It is also surprising that Daylite is not mentioned more often in CRM discussions. But when I asked an AI for the best CRM for Apple products, it was the top recommendation.

I appreciate that Daylite for Mac aids my business in acquiring more leads for potential customers. Posting content to my social media accounts has never been simpler. The CRM has many features and is very easy to navigate. The customer service is also really helpful.
Cons
I dislike how this app relies solely on an internet connection. Without it, the database won't load, which caused me trouble once when I couldn't retrieve a customer's contact info due to erratic signal. I really wish there was an offline version of the database.

It offers offline sync capabilities, a native app experience, a powerful CRM, as well as comprehensive sales pipeline and project management features, making it an all-encompassing tool for my business needs.
Cons
Not being able to integrate with Microsoft 365 is a huge drawback for me because most of my clients and stakeholders use it. It's frustrating that I can't sync 365 calendars or contacts with Daylite. Some parts of the User Interface (UI) feel outdated. The merge and document assembly features, as well as the estimates engine, are quite old-fashioned and not very intuitive to set up. Also, not all external calendar invites are compatible with Daylite. Lastly, Marketcircle doesn't share its development roadmap, so it feels like users are left in the dark.
