I appreciate that Daylite for Mac aids my business in acquiring more leads for potential customers. Posting content to my social media accounts has never been simpler. The CRM has many features and is very easy to navigate. The customer service is also really helpful.

Cons

I dislike how this app relies solely on an internet connection. Without it, the database won't load, which caused me trouble once when I couldn't retrieve a customer's contact info due to erratic signal. I really wish there was an offline version of the database.

Love Daylite but does not integrate with 365 (outlook or teams)
Pros

It offers offline sync capabilities, a native app experience, a powerful CRM, as well as comprehensive sales pipeline and project management features, making it an all-encompassing tool for my business needs.

Cons

Not being able to integrate with Microsoft 365 is a huge drawback for me because most of my clients and stakeholders use it. It's frustrating that I can't sync 365 calendars or contacts with Daylite. Some parts of the User Interface (UI) feel outdated. The merge and document assembly features, as well as the estimates engine, are quite old-fashioned and not very intuitive to set up. Also, not all external calendar invites are compatible with Daylite. Lastly, Marketcircle doesn't share its development roadmap, so it feels like users are left in the dark.

I've been using Daylite for 20 years as of 2022! I love it. I use it for client contacts, storing data of people working together in various organizations, managing my daily schedule. It's simple to use and has great storage capacity. I have 6,800+ individuals and organizations on Daylite. The support staff are also wonderful and readily available to provide guidance when Daylite upgrades, as well as offering other support services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daylite! Pros

I love how easy it was for me to keep my projects organized with this software. I was also surprised by how well it synced updates across all my devices. Plus, it can be used offline, which is extremely beneficial.

The integration across the Apple platform is crucial. I don't always have my computer with me, so staying up to date in the field is important. Being able to update the database on my iPhone and iPad lightens the physical load on my team.

Cons

I used this for a long time when the accompanying Billings program was supported. It is great for an individual who wants to track contacts and schedule appointments.

Cons

There's no easy way to track time or bill clients without additional integrations. Support is slow due to the company's European base. The billing program doesn't allow for multiple access tiers, which means even junior employees could access sensitive firm reports.

Game changer for small business
Pros

When our team started using Daylite in 2015, having a Mac-based program was essential. I love that our Mac products can work in real-time and sync with apps like Calendar, Email, Contacts, Reminders, and more on our Apple devices. A cloud-based CRM is crucial because we can't risk server issues affecting our database access. I find the Smart-list feature to be the most valuable for our business success. Another key feature I appreciate is the ability to link projects, appointments, contacts, emails, etc., so we have all the necessary information to serve our clients effectively and efficiently.

Cons

I wish we could integrate more programs, like linking Daylite with our MLS program to connect MLS listing tickets directly with our projects and contacts. It would also be great to link "showing time" directly with Daylite.

GREAT CRM! It does everything other CRMs do, but what most don't do today is PRINT! Yes, it prints a note card, letter, envelope, you name it, it prints it. Even a Postage Stamp, how inventive! Plus, I love how simple it is to teach people to use it.

Cons

As a devoted Mac user, the fact that it doesn't work on Windows doesn't bother me, but I can see how it might affect their sales.

The ISO doesn't sync or work properly, a significant issue ongoing for six months now. Despite assurances, there have been no fixes, just promises from their engineering team. After six years of use, it's disappointing to feel like a low priority.
