User-friendly with unmatched support

Pros

It is quite user-friendly and really simple, with features that are actually helpful. The design is clean and easy on the eyes and even if you are not very tech-savvy, you will pick it up quickly. Plus I love the support as it is absolutely unmatched.

Cons

Nothing at all as it went above and beyond every expectation and has been the best CRM I have used in the last decade.

Best CRM with Great Potential

Pros

I really appreciate having everything organized in one place to keep track of my clients and stay on top of follow-ups.

Cons

The way it creates duplicate leads rather than automatically merging them is frustrating.

Reliable IT Operations Management

Pros

They implemented the engine6 web management, I reaaly like that feature. It's been fantastic to work with. The system itself is genuinely impressive and delivers on what it promises.

Cons

Pros

The learning curve is really manageable, new team members pick it up without much trouble.

Cons

The audio notifications can get pretty annoying when you're constantly getting new customer messages throughout the day.

Covers All Business Requirements

Pros

Many different products are available, which is a good thing. It fits perfectly with what we do. The interface is easy and looks great plus pulling data is simple and quick.

Cons

Getting support can be frustrating at times and I've had trouble getting sales reps to return my calls when I want to learn about other products they offer.

Decent CRM with some limitations

Pros

The integration of this software with other mainstream automotive software is pretty amazing. It makes everything flow together nicely. The parent company offers additional platforms too like website tools and digital retailing, which is convenient.

Cons

The interface feels pretty outdated and making custom reports takes way too long. Even though it connects with their DealerFire website platform, getting help with cross platform integration was a total nightmare for us.

Simple and Easy CRM Solution

Pros

The CRM is refreshingly simple to navigate and I barely had to train my team on it. Most functions are simple and don't require much explanation. I've noticed the reporting features keep getting better with each update though the email platform for clients could really use some attention in the next upgrade.

Cons

Support response times have gotten slower lately and I've been assigned several different customer success managers this year without even meeting the current one yet.
