It is quite user-friendly and really simple, with features that are actually helpful. The design is clean and easy on the eyes and even if you are not very tech-savvy, you will pick it up quickly. Plus I love the support as it is absolutely unmatched.
Cons
Nothing at all as it went above and beyond every expectation and has been the best CRM I have used in the last decade.
