Pros
This app is really easy to use for managing leads and it gives us a clear picture of what turns prospects into customers. Also the support from the team is amazing and always reply on time.

Pros
I have been using this CRM in my business for the last nine months and I am really happy with the support and how it handles leads. If you are running a small or medium business like I am, I would definitely recommend giving this CRM a try.
Cons
Sometimes it shows an invalid name error when I enter my company name but other than that the app works well.

“simple to navigate with great features
Pros
Well I really like the user interface as it is simple to navigate, works well on mobile and has a great offline feature that syncs data automatically once you are back online. The built-in lead management tool gives me confidence that no opportunity will slip through the cracks and it has worked perfectly for me. As I am able to keep track of every lead easily using their CRM.
Cons
I wish there was an option to upgrade. Right now I only have the standard plan but I would love a higher tier that includes email integration and web form features.
