“Excellent Tool, Disappointing Price Communication
Pros
I've been using the free plan for years and it's very easy to use. It does exactly what it's meant to and helping me stay connected with my network without any issue. The free tier has offered great value.
Cons
I got locked out of my account this week and was told I had to upgrade to a paid plan with no warning that the free tier was being discontinued. When I reached out for help, they only gave me one week to export my data before I had to switch to a competitor. It was a really poor way to handle things especially after I've been using and recommending this for years. I went from being a loyal supporter to looking for alternatives almost overnight.

Pros
Communication between our team has reached a whole new level of effectiveness with this platform. It's created a seamless channel where I can present detailed updates without much effort. What I really appreciate is how it lets me address multiple queries at once through clear presentations. The commenting and discussion features directly on topics really boost everyone's understanding of what's being discussed.
Cons
I haven't really faced any downsides with this platform. The pre-built components and templates make everything flow smoothly and efficiently.

“Best CRM for personal use
Pros
The integration with LinkedIn and Gmail works really well for me. I also appreciate how it lets me connect the same contact across different platforms whether that's phone contacts, LinkedIn, Facebook or Gmail contacts, everything links together nicely.
Cons
There are a few parts of the interface that weren't immediately obvious to me at first. Once I got the hang of it though, it does everything I need.
