“Outstanding customer service experience
Pros
It responds incredibly fast whenever we need help and always finds solutions for us. The automation features are fantastic too and being able to create different forms and workflows for each school keeps our leads perfectly organized and routed to the right team members.
Cons
We've gone through about 6 different recruiters and each one had there own way of organizing everything. All the forms, automations and emails pile up over time. I really wish there was a bulk delete option for unused forms instead of having to go into each one individually to unpublish or remove them.

“Impressive dealership management software
Pros
It has completely transformed how we handle administrative work at our school. The automated features make managing daily tasks so much easier and have really cut down on staff workload. When we host large events, the check-in app is absolutely invaluable and registration runs smoothly without any hiccups. I love how the payment tab connects with Stripepay through API integration which means we dont have to constantly bug our finance team about bank statement verification anymore. The API integration capabilities are fantastic and let us customize everything to fit our specific requirements. Honestly any school would benefit from having this platform and I'd recommend it without hesitation!
Cons
The check-in app only works for events, not bookings which is frustrating. With 22 sites to manage, the reporting at an organizational level is pretty weak and I have to log into each account separately to get the data I need.

The customer service support is fantastic and helps us deliver better service to prospective families. This tool has been a game-changer for our small admissions team and it optimizes our limited time and makes managing inquiries so much easier. We're able to create more touchpoints with families than we could before which really improves the overall experience we provide.
Cons
The initial setup felt overwhelming, switching to a new system and figuring out everything it could do was intimidating at first. Thankfully, the team walked us through every step and made the whole process much easier.

I needed something that combined event management with CRM capabilities, plus the ability to create automated customer journeys. Every aspect of this platform has become essential to how we operate.
Cons
The app integration just isn't there yet. While this might not matter for teachers, we've really stretched what this platform can do for our operation. Once they figure out how to merge these systems together, it'll completely transform how we work.

Cons

The admissions process runs so much smoother now and I finally ditched all those messy spreadsheets that were driving me crazy. Having event registration sync directly with our database saves tons of time. What really stands out though is the support team and they're always there when I need help and actually solve problems instead of just passing me around.
Cons
The email feature feels outdated and is missing some basic stuff that you'd find on any other email platform. I know they're working on updating it but right now it's lacking functionality that should be standard.

The customer service is absolutely incredible. Setting everything up was surprisingly smooth from start to finish. The team is incredibly responsive and makes onboarding really straightforward to understand. After getting the basics down, they assigned me a dedicated Customer Support manager who's been fantastic. No request is ever too much trouble for them. All this comes with a system that's completely revolutionized how I handle daily tasks, making my work life so much simpler. Parents have noticed a huge improvement in their experience too.
