“Frustrating experience with unreliable features

Pros

In my case, the tool simply didn't work at all. Because of that, I honestly couldn't find anything positive to say about it.

Cons

After using this platform for a few weeks, I found it frustrating from start to finish. The tool barely worked, features failed often and the UI felt unfinished. I struggled with onboarding, integrations threw random errors, reports didn't feel reliable and support never responded. When things broke, I was left stuck and overall it felt like a waste of my time.

“Smooth transition from Murlist

Pros

Support helped me switch from Murlist to this tool really quickly. I had been using Murlist for a couple of years and based on this experience, I feel confident that it will be just as good, if not better.

Cons

At this point, I don't have anything to dislike. I've received fast and helpful support and it's been a great experience so far.

“responsive and supportive team

Pros

They were extremely responsive and supportive, which gave me a lot of confidence. I'm happy to say their email warmup is working well and my Zoho business emails are landing in inboxes.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any complaints. If something comes up in the future, I'll definitely update my feedback.

We're able to create and send personalized video emails easily, which helps us reach more people and grow the business. I also find the email verification feature very useful.

Cons

This tool has some really unique and useful features, I don't have anything negative to say overall. I do think the UI could feel smoother but that's something that can improve with time.

Pros

Using this tool has made managing email marketing campaigns much easier for me. Through the dashboard, I can save campaigns with images and videos, spot active email addresses and follow up with potential customers without trouble.

Cons

The site itself works well for me but I feel the new dashboard could include more features. I'd also like to see more language options and better availability, along with additional payment methods.
