Frustrating experience with unreliable features

Pros

In my case, the tool simply didn't work at all. Because of that, I honestly couldn't find anything positive to say about it.

Cons

After using this platform for a few weeks, I found it frustrating from start to finish. The tool barely worked, features failed often and the UI felt unfinished. I struggled with onboarding, integrations threw random errors, reports didn't feel reliable and support never responded. When things broke, I was left stuck and overall it felt like a waste of my time.

Smooth transition from Murlist

Pros

Support helped me switch from Murlist to this tool really quickly. I had been using Murlist for a couple of years and based on this experience, I feel confident that it will be just as good, if not better.

Cons

At this point, I don't have anything to dislike. I've received fast and helpful support and it's been a great experience so far.

responsive and supportive team

Pros

They were extremely responsive and supportive, which gave me a lot of confidence. I'm happy to say their email warmup is working well and my Zoho business emails are landing in inboxes.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any complaints. If something comes up in the future, I'll definitely update my feedback.
