Cons
It has a lot of complex and detailed features so it takes a bit of time for us to get fully onboarded.

Pros
It is easy to use and updates are quick. Also, there is always something new, customer service is also the best as whenever I need, I get excellent support.
Cons
One thing I dislike is that the cost of transferring the database is very high.

One thing I love the most is how simple the platform is to use.
Cons
The variable resources are somewhat limited and the campaign setup page could be faster. And sometimes I noticed it freezes which makes navigation difficult.

Pros
There are quite a few things I like about it. Such as the product is very practical, tasks are completed quickly, the features are amazing and the support they provided us was amazing.
Cons
Some important features are missing such as web push notifications, the ability to send images via web push and integration with the app.

The salesperson's calendar is very user friendly and basic. Also the reporting features are dynamic and customizable. And I find it perfect for brands with franchises.

What I like most about Dito CRM is the customer service and how easy the tool is to use for segmentation and report extraction.
Cons
One area for improvement I feel like would be better customization options for email/SMS channels and Dito Agenda.

Pros
It allows us to manage the entire customer journey such as retaining active customers, reactivating inactive ones and encouraging first-time purchases from leads. Also it supports various sales channels like SMS, email, push notifications and WhatsApp.
Cons
We did not have integration with our app until recently but it's being worked on now along with some more advanced analytics that Dito is implementing.
