Pros

Dito CRM combines data from both physical and online stores making it fairly easy for us to monitor and compare both.

Cons

It has a lot of complex and detailed features so it takes a bit of time for us to get fully onboarded.

perfect CRM tool for franchises

Pros

It is easy to use and updates are quick. Also, there is always something new, customer service is also the best as whenever I need, I get excellent support.

Cons

One thing I dislike is that the cost of transferring the database is very high.

Good tool

Pros

One thing I love the most is how simple the platform is to use.

Cons

The variable resources are somewhat limited and the campaign setup page could be faster. And sometimes I noticed it freezes which makes navigation difficult.

Turns out to be a great partner for us

Pros

Dito CRM software is simple to use, has great usability and the support team is very responsive too.

Cons

I noticed that some key information is missing in the dashboard like the final/actual revenue.

Simplifies my workflow

Pros

There are quite a few things I like about it. Such as the product is very practical, tasks are completed quickly, the features are amazing and the support they provided us was amazing.

Cons

Some important features are missing such as web push notifications, the ability to send images via web push and integration with the app.

Pretty simple

Pros

The salesperson's calendar is very user friendly and basic. Also the reporting features are dynamic and customizable. And I find it perfect for brands with franchises.

Cons

I feel like there is room for improvement in the integrations with eCommerce platforms.

Every CRM feature we need is in it

Pros

We can create customized campaigns across all channels resulting in much higher conversion rates.

Cons

Well I think store owners definitely need proper training especially on how to use Dito Agenda. And the way it's explained right now could be a lot better.

Pros

The product is easy to use, dynamic and offers highly relevant data for analysis. What I enjoy the most is how easy it is to view and export data.

Cons

Easy and user-friendly tool

Pros

What I like most about Dito CRM is the customer service and how easy the tool is to use for segmentation and report extraction.

Cons

One area for improvement I feel like would be better customization options for email/SMS channels and Dito Agenda.

Had a nice experience using it

Pros

It allows us to manage the entire customer journey such as retaining active customers, reactivating inactive ones and encouraging first-time purchases from leads. Also it supports various sales channels like SMS, email, push notifications and WhatsApp.

Cons

We did not have integration with our app until recently but it's being worked on now along with some more advanced analytics that Dito is implementing.
