Pros

Doxim's ACE solution is undeniably the best CRM system I could have ever hoped for at PCCU. It provides an impressive level of power and flexibility that surpasses many competitors, even those with a much higher price point, and the support for their product is truly top-notch.

Cons

My only complaint about the system, though it's extremely minor, is that it isn't a web-based solution.

Pros

The user interface is incredibly simple and simple to navigate, allowing new staff to generally grasp the flow of the program quickly. Additionally, customer support is always just an email or call away, and they are usually prompt in responding.

Cons

Doxim is consistently seeking ways to enhance their already excellent product and actively gathers input from many users to improve various aspects of the software.
