Doxim's ACE solution is undeniably the best CRM system I could have ever hoped for at PCCU. It provides an impressive level of power and flexibility that surpasses many competitors, even those with a much higher price point, and the support for their product is truly top-notch.

Cons

My only complaint about the system, though it's extremely minor, is that it isn't a web-based solution.
