“Simple and Easy!

Pros

The interface is very easy to figure out and I use it without any confusion. What sets this apart from competitors are the extra features that go above and beyond basic CRMs. Also the support team is genuinely friendly to work with.

Cons

The only thing that bothers me is that we should have made this switch sooner. There really arent any negatives to mention.
