A lot of upsides

Pros

I appreciate how fast it handles both incoming and outgoing tasks. Really keeps things moving smoothly.

Cons

Takes a while to get updated and could definitely be quicker.

Returned to DYL

Pros

It instantly displays caller information and automatically pulls up their account when we pick up the phone. I find that really impressive because saving time is very crucial for us.

Cons

The mobile app has some limitations that can be frustrating. Also only one person can be logged into the system on a computer at any given time which means you have to fully log out one user before another can access it.
