It instantly displays caller information and automatically pulls up their account when we pick up the phone. I find that really impressive because saving time is very crucial for us.
Cons
The mobile app has some limitations that can be frustrating. Also only one person can be logged into the system on a computer at any given time which means you have to fully log out one user before another can access it.
