“easy to use CRM
Pros
Managing my opportunities and leads has become very easy with this. It really takes the stress out of keeping things organized.
Cons
I just wish there were more details shown on the same page. I end up going back and forth between pages way too often and it gets kind of annoying.

Pros
I love that I can access it from anywhere without all the confusing steps and mess that come with tools like Salesforce. It's just way more simple.
Cons
It's a solid tool but I always feel like more integrations would make it even better. The more, the merrier, right?

“My experience with easy crm
Pros
The integrations with Outlook and Salesloft work really smoothly which makes a big difference for me. I think it's an awesome tool for prospecting and pulling together reports.
Cons
I find it kinda tough to check out the dashboards that show how many emails and calls my team is making. It's not as easy to track as I'd like.

Their customer service is honestly great. Anytime I've needed help, they've been right there. I'd definitely recommend them to others.
Cons
There's really nothing to complain about and it's an awesome tool. I've actually recommended it to my family and friends, that's how much I like it.
