It's really easy when I need to pull up specific dollar amounts or figures and the interface makes it easy to find what I'm looking for without any issue.

The alerts feature is what our sales team relies on most and we can set them up for things like when a new lead makes there first purchase, when customers stop buying, or if margins drop below certain thresholds. What really makes this valuable is how well it integrates with our other ECI DDMS system, plus it comes with a solid CRM built right in.

Cons

I'll be honest as the IT person here, the login process can be really finicky and frustrating. Support response times are hit or miss and sometimes I'm waiting a couple days for answers. The platform doesn't always play nice with our security settings and browser updates seem to break things occasionally. You also need to allow pop-ups which most browsers block by default. Though to be fair, these issues dont happen constantly.

The UI is well structured and it's very simple for me to find and pull the reports I'm looking for.

Still figuring out all the features since I'm new to it but honestly I can't think of anything major that bothers me about the system.
