“Detailed Solution with Great Coverage
Pros
What I appreciate most is the extensive network built into the cloud platform. From a CRM and customer relations standpoint practically everything you need is consolidated in one service making it incredibly user friendly with excellent support.
Cons
Sometimes youll run into problems with the newer products since theyre constantly adding products at such a fast pace. When issues pop up fixes can take a while because the team is still getting familiar with some of these technologies.

Pros
I've been using this tool for almost two years now and its been amazing for tracking customer feedback when you dont have another system in place. The insights we get directly from website visitors and customers are really valuable. Our team has bi weekly meetings to go through all the user feedback and create action plans together.
Cons
The response rate to our surveys has been pretty low though the feedback we do get is really valuable.

“Excellent reporting management
Pros
Found it really effective for capturing customer details and managing their information. Being able to share data and notes across our team through the search function has been a game changer for collaboration. The reporting capabilities are great. I can easily analyze why customers are reaching out and identify patterns in their inquiries. This insight has been invaluable for spotting issues early and addressing them before they become major headaches.
Cons
The reporting is good but takes time to understand and learn when you are starting out. I would appreciate some kind of dedicated training just for the reports.
