Basic but effective CRM

Pros

This product offers great value for the price. The iPhone app has basic features but it gets the job done for us. And the support ticketing system works well too.

Cons

I noticed that there were frequent issues with slow access to the hosted CRM. The pricing is fair but it lacks many features and is not very stable.
